I just saw the baby pictures...she's simply precious!
As far as the new job, now I'm scared I'll hate the new one lol. Things like "are benefits reallly that important?" keep going through my head. I may find my current boss annoying at times, but I'm so familiar with what I do for him.

Some things in life I have no hesitation jumping into without any doubts...the job thing is a little different. If this actually pans out, it'll be the very first time it does.
