This man has put in great production work for many HOF's candidates, he certainly has a place in the HOF... why or why shouldn't here be in?

Definetly should be a HOF!

Rick is one of the greatest producer on the Planet.

Not only did he gain fame partnering with Russell Simmons which later created Run-DMC he also produced the Beastie Boys, Danzig, Slayer, Linkin Park and Johnny Cash.

That is amazing what he has accomplished in his life.

I'm with Mr. Opinion on this subject.

He also gotten involved with the British Invasion guys, such as Donovan (Sutras-came out in the mid 90's), and Mick Jagger (Wandering Spirit), came out in 1993. Other people he has been associated with would be Jesus and Mary Chain, Cult, and Red Hot Chili Peppers. It will be only a matter of time for him to be considered. I can't think of the criterion when they pick producers of music for the Hall, I think you might have to be active in it for 25 years, but am not sure.
