I may be behind the curve, but maybe I'm not the only one. I've been to many stores looking for items to decorate our Murrells Inlet townhouse over the 18 months we've been coming here. I've paid a lot (too much) for some things. I've gotten some bargains. Mostly I have had trouble finding what I was looking for.

Yesterday a neighbor couple took me to the Old Time Pottery store in Surf Side on busniess 17. Amazing! Not only a ton of stuff, but all at apparently great prices. I'm afraid to go back.... Not only was I finding things I was looking for, but I was finding a lot of stuff I did not even know I wanted.

If you are decorating, make sure you check out this store!

Is that the same place that used to be called "Waccamaw Pottery", a good while back??
THAT was an amazing place to shop.

Old Time Pottery is different from Waccamaw Pottery - much smaller but it's still very nice. I agree with tmozer - afraid to go back - will probably spend way too much!

When I moved here, I was at OTP every week for months! They have great deals and fun seasonal stuff. I bring everyone that comes to visit there (women) and they all love it.

I love Old Time Pottery.
Another store you might try for reasonable decor is Kirklands in the Coastal Mall.
Over by Michaels is Home Goods which also is a fantastic place for decor, with great pricing.
Pier One would be another good choice.

I know.........My husband would like to ban me from all of the above. LOL
