Hello,
Does anyone have any suggestions for the best NC beach for a young couple with no kids? We've heard the beaches are family friendly which is great but that there is nothing to do at night (like after 10pm). Any towns/beaches that have a nightlife? Doesn't need to be big crazy party bar scene we just don't want the whole town to shut down at 10pm.
Thanks!

In that case, pack your bags and head to Myrtle Beach, not sure what type of nightlife you want but we have it, from the T&A bars with some cover ups to fully nude it's here. Want to dance, there are more clubs to dance at here than you have back home, wherever that is, unless you live in Vegas How many bars do we have, some people can't count that high, and do not be concerned about getting a drink after 10:00 PM, we have bars that stay open 24 hours a day, heck a lot of places the bands do not start to play until 10 PM.

I don;t know where you got the idea that things are slow here but it is far from that

In North Myrtle Beach, go to Main Street....try Duck's, or Fat Harolds or on 13th St (just off of Rt. 17) try Boom Boom's Raw Bar. All have bands, food and drinks!

If you want a "nightclub" scene, try 2001 Nightclub.....just at Restaurant Row off Rt. 17 headed south from Barefoot Landing.(I can't remember the name of the cross street....sorry!)

If you're in Myrtle Beach, head to Broadway at the Beach and check out Crocodile Rocks, or Planet Hollywood....lots to do there!

There's alot to do at night....if you give us more specifics, we'll give you more suggestions!
