Low Country Abstractors in Conway. They are very near the court house which is a huge plus. I've know Nancy since we were kids. Salt of the earth.

I took your advice NCBND and called Melissa. What a great person she is! She is the ONLY insurance agent I have spoken with who took time explaining wind/hail and flood insurance to me as well as homeowners insurance in general. I plan to have her write our insurance when we get there next January. I don't think you could do better. They are independent brokers, so they have many companies they can use. Thanks for the heads up on Melissa!
