Can anyone tell me about the apartment building at 408 76th Ave. N. in Myrtle Beach? Is the owner local, is the area safe, does the building look like it's maintained well, and are there many hispanics in the area? I'm not able to get over there to take a look-see for myself. Greatly appreciate the input. Thanks.
