I was having a house built by a guy out of Conway/Loris.... he put his son in charge of my house. Fortunately for me, I have somewhat of a background in construction... family/friends.... unfortunate for the builder though. 9 months into the build, he was just starting drywall... slab/foundation was cracking and unlevel... windows didn't shut right, doors barely swung.... plumbing in slab was ALL WRONG... my kitchen sink piping was coming up in the middle of the living room floor.
Needless to say, I got out and got my money back...

my builder ended up selling my home to a 'blind' buyer that had no clue what was wrong with the house and he even sold it to them for more $$$ then my purchase price.... assuming he wanted to make up the difference in $$$ for all the "whoopsies" he made with me...
