I have a great community for you - its called the Waterways. We live there and its a quiet non-golf community - very pretty and it allows fences and pets. Quarterly fees are only $414 and it has a High School and elementary attached to it with a private path. Let me know - I happen to have the perfect house for you - I am not a real estate. Its actually my house. But there are others for sale and we do allow fences - chain link - which is the big reason we choose it. thanks

Most of the 55+ communities do not allow fencing. But Valencia Lakes (GL Homes) has a dog park. It has a small backyard, but no fence is allowed. I am having he same problem. I do not want to get up in the a.m. in my P.J's to walk my two dogs.
