mosquito control does a good job in the high rent area, no job at all in the estates. Summers are hot, wet and bug filled. Winters are cool dry and fewer bugs. IMHO San Diego has a better climate..

Depends on where you live. Deep in the woods they swarm you like a cloud......in the city/urban areas I don't think I have seen any since I have lived here.

I found a bug that looked like a goldfish . Do you know what it is? Any info on it. It moved very fast across the wall and disappeared, in Florida( south). Thanks

Japanese beetle? Doubtful, as they are not 'fast'.

Maybe a cockroach? Some can appear 'golden/red', and are very fast...

Florida, Zone 10: they are ubiquitous. Everyone either has them, just got rid of them, or is getting them again.

They spray in Collier County which is troubling but we are out near the intersection of Collier and Pine ridge with no pool cover and we have very few mosquitoes. We also have very few pollinators
