Couldn't imagine going that far for a job. As it is we're searching for 15 minute (7-8 mile) commutes.

See if you can do an Extended Stay hotel for a month before committing to a year and horrendous driving. Starting in October-ish, Season and all of Northern drivers will be upon us making it tougher to get around.

Remember "all over Naples" basically means "all over Collier County" the largest by land in Florida.
Excellent advice! My husband will probably be there 2 months in an extended stay before I make it down there to join him. So he should get a good feel for the area in that time. It's tough with him there and me here but somehow I am hoping this will mesh in the end and will be able to make a solid decision.

What a dither ....no good pizza in a decent radius? I will say a prayer to the pizza fairies that something appears soon...my hubby will die without good pizza!!

Thanks everyone for the info....keep it coming as it is really very helpful!

Joey's! SW Corner near the Bank of America.

Friends of friends know the owners and they just decided to close up the Naples one to focus on their Marco location. Allegedly it wasn't doing well.

Meanwhile, what happens down here? Docs on Bonita Beach (whose pizza is garbage despite the alleged Chicago connection- they must actually be Michiganders with Chicago-envy) is opening another location just east on Bonita Beach Rd called Docs Pizza House.

Just can't get really good pizza...
