The majority of restaurants I have seen here are all very fine dining, which is nice but are there any more laidback and casual waterfront/bayfront restaurants?

Also, what are some good breakfast places around here? I have yet to try any out.

Thanks!

I still don't know where "around here" is. I think all of Naples is around 30 sq. miles, so it's kind of hard to tell you.

I like going to Stan's Idle Hour (which is open every night except Mon. & Tues.) But Sundays are the best. And The Little Bar (when Stan's isn't open.)
They're both in Goodland, very laid back, but only Stan's has music. Check them online for hours & music & food.
Also, there's the Capri Fish House on isle of Capri. (again, check online for the above)

The only problem with most places, especially the one's above, down here is they close so dang early!
These places are all on the water and have outside & inside dining, and VERY laid back, bohemian atmosphere, and probably alot cheaper than N. naples, or downtown.

I'm located in north Naples, but I'm not opposed to a drive for a good place

For pizza and beer on the beach, try Doc's Beach House. Good pizza.
It's on Bonita Beach Road where it hits the gulf. It's right on the county line. You can eat breakfast there on the beach.

Some of my favorite breakfast places. are First Watch, Trail Cafe, and on Sunday morning, the Gulfshore Grille on Ft Myers Beach. Gulfshore grille is right on the beach and they serve Bloody Mary's at 8am. Janes Cafe on 3rd St if you want a little ambiance has a great breakfast too.

Hope that helps

Beth

The places in Tin City are all casual. Goodlette and 5th AV S.

Breakfats try Chrissy's in the Office Max plaza Airport and Pine Ridge.

Excellent home style place is Nana's on Collier Blvd. in Golden Gate.

I just rode my bike up to the Sam's Club shopping center (Airport and Immokalee) to check out where I will probably grab a hair cut on Tuesday (Uptown Barber Shop). There was a crowded indoor/outdoor bar call Pelican Larry's that might be a good spot to investigate. I will check the place out this week.
