Any thoughts on the advantages or disadvantages of Collier vs. Lee County. I am considering reloacting to either Estero, Bonita Springs or Naples. Thanks.

My guess is that you probably wound up listing the above towns in price order, from least expensive to most expensive, even if you didn't intend to do that.

Collier County definitely has a lower tax rate.

Naples is probably thriving economically more than the others (store wise, etc.).

There is probably more main road/main area traffic in Lee than Collier.

You will probably find more beaches in Collier than Lee.

But, a lot of these statements might vary depending on the area of each county you lived in. (Not the tax rate however.)

Well, that's a start for you without us knowing what your "wish list" in a town or county would be.

Good luck!

All I can add is that we came down to purchase in Lee County but ended up purchasing in Collier County (N. Naples) are are very happy with our choice.
