Ok, we continue to think about location, location, location.

What are your opinions re: Stonebridge? I love the golf arrangement especially since it provides a nice expanse of "backyard" privacy, but tell me more about this community.

Would you buy there? Any inside information on the neighborhood or other thoughts....

Pasted below, is a thread from 2 weeks ago; my opin in post #2 of that thread has not changed.
I played the course last weekend again, with a friend that lives there seasonally. It remains a fine track and a well done community, if the single home prices seem a touch higher than comparable homes. But, the community is well done, imo.

I can only speak to their financials anecdotally, as my friend said they are in 'good shape'. If you get closer to serious looking, I would ask their GM for a financial position review, as I would for any community one is thinking of buying in...

Your comment on ..."I love the golf arrangement especially since it provides a nice expanse of "backyard" privacy"...is why many of us buy a home in a golf oriented community. But, there are literally dozens of dozens of these in 'Naples' area, so it isn't as if Stonebridge has a corner on that aspect. I do 'like' SB alot however, even though I don't live there.
GL, mD

Thanks, Motordavid. Will be heading to Naples next week to check it all out and your opinions are helpful. Still like Park Shore but definitely will be looking here too. If you have any other suggestions, would love to hear.
