We are looking at buying a condo here ( Tarpon Village Apts ) the area looks very Old Style Florida...which we like. Anybody familiar with this area that could give some insight? thanks so much!

Isle of Capri is a neat little area. It's quiet and next to Rookery Bay. There's not much there other than a couple places to eat.

They built a big complex on the ocean side a few years ago. I'm not familiar with the condos you're speaking of. It's mostly a boating community. We go to Nicks on the Water by boat once in awhile.

I like Isle of Capri

Yes, me, too. We go there to eat now and then and there just is a nice vibe when you enter Isle of Capri. How it is to live there, I don't know. But, it certainly seems quiet, yet it's not all that far from Naples proper. Definitely feels laid back and old style, as you say.

My wife lived there when we were dating.

It is a nice place. Marco is not that far away for shopping.
