What new developments (residential or commercial) are planned for the area? I'm sure there are many. Just trying to get an idea of what coming up soon and where they will be located.

Looks like they are replicating their success with Riverstone. Interesting that the site plan mentions a future elementary school there too.

Also, please include the price of the new homes and details (bedrooms, baths, amount of land and proximity to beach). Thanks

If a website link is provided it's pretty easy to look up the site plans, models, prices and map location.

The problem with quoting prices is that they are always moving - up. So that $560K house today might be $575K next month.

When you look at builder's websites, you are just looking at base house prices. A single story 2,000 sq ft house will cost a lot less than a 2 story 5,000 sq ft house.

Add on lot premiums (you won't know what those are until you go look at the lots) and upgrades (you won't know what those cost until you see the list and price info), pool and cage etc and then you might have an idea of what the "house" costs.

But don't forget to add on everything you want to do after closing, like window treatment, lighting upgrades, outdoor kitchen, painting, crown molding etc....

Fair points! My upgrades were a considerable % of the purchase price. But at least the base price gives you a guideline.

Lot premiums are a bit of a joke in some of the communities that are charging $100K or more for a bigger lot. Unless there's a significant difference it should be a lot less.
