Well, we said we'd never come back, not even to visit. LOL But a couple grandkids and some aging parents in law, and it looks like we're headed back for Thanksgiving this year.
My inlaws have their winter home in Bonita Bay so we'll be staying there. If we're having to go to Florida we are determined to go to Key West for a day. We never took the boat down when we lived there because we were close enough in Naples to drive. So, has anyone taken the boat? Hubby is now disabled and the six hours driving each way would kill him. The boat is half that, right??
Is it better for us to catch in Ft Myers or Naples if we're coming from Bonita Bay? I think the subdivision is right off 41 in southern Bonita if I remember correctly? How would the boat ride be for someone with a bad back? Can you get up and move around if you need to?
Anyone have any advice? Experience?
