I am doing an internet search of possible single home rentals and found three that meet my space needs. Any feedback on which is the best location for safety and convenience is appreciated:

1. One in Verona Walk Development on Chianti Road, Naples;
2. One in the Milano Area on Marcello Circle, Naples
3. One on Vilanova Circle in Bonita Springs, which is between I75 and Old Rt 41 just a few blocks north of E Terry Street.

I will be working at the Naples VA near the airport on Horseshoe Drive South, Naples.

I don't know anything about number 3 but the first two are fine.

The commute will be shorter with Verona Walk and I would consider commute factors as a high priority. It won't be too bad with the Milano choice but I would go for the shorter if other factors are equal.

I rented in Milano for 2 years. A lot of renters, if that makes a difference. What I did not like was the lack of parking. You have your garage and driveway, but the lack of guest parking areas is close to non-existent. Definitely not a lot for the amount of homes. So then there's a lot of street parking, which narrows the street, and since there's a lot of families in this complex, there's always danger of hitting a child being as there's no playground, they play in the street, and then with the large amount of street parking- you can't see them.

Not familiar with any of these complexes, but (unless you have other reasons for wanting to live in Bonita), this is a long commute from your job--plenty of closer places available.

Best of luck with your move!

Oops--clarification. I meant to say your option #3 (or anything in Bonita) is a bit long of a commute--not undoable, but there are closer places.

Why not look to rent a house in the River Reach area ? Might be one for rent there. There are 3 streets there right next to horseshoe Drive that have nice houses on them.

BigMunch,
I haven't seen a house in the River Reach area that have a 2 car garage and are at least 1500 sq'ft. Also at or under $1300/mo. If you know of one, let me know,

I'm now looking at two houses on Manchester Drive that fit in that range. I will be in Naples in a week to secure a lease.
Thanks!

Check out the Queens Park, Crown Pointe, Moon Lake or Kings Lake neighborhoods! They are all off Davis near Airport, very close to where you'll be working and all have houses with 2 car garages and 1500+ SF.

Thanks Beckford. I searched those developments and there were no homes meeting my descriptors. Appreciate your efforts though.
