We recently moved to Naples and love the area. We have noticed some new/newer communities being built that have great amenities. I'm curious if anyone here has either moved into one of these communities (Island Walk, Verona Walk, Village Walk, Reflections, etc...) or heard good or bad things about them.

Thanks for your info!

We have a Lennar built SFH, built in 2005, but not in those communities you listed...They, (Lennar), are OK. Not sure they are better than/worse than most of the big name builders. We haven't had any real probs with our joint, after 8 seasons.

Like many builders, there floorplans are cast in bronze, (other than extended lanais/expensive pools, etc), and often one wishes one were able to merge/meld a couple of different floor plans into that one perfect plan.

Lennar, like many builders, pitches 'everything is included', but one can easily spend another $50-$100Gs on upgrades, if one isn't careful.

Not sure you are aiming at a new house or current house, so I will not waddle on too much about Lennar, other than they are OK, as are most surviving big builders, imo.
