We recently purchased a condo (2/2) that we will be renting out for vacation rentals next season and was wondering if anyone has any idea of what the going rate for a housekeeper for a vacation rental? I would just want it cleaned out after the people left.

Thanks for any info you have.

Cleaning services can be expensive some charge 50 an hour for two cleaners. I have a rental on Sanibel and found better luck with an individual the a company. If they charge a flat rate it's based on the size and bedrooms. 150-300 is the average range

Thanks for your reply. That is about what I was thinking which isn't bad. Our place is 2,500 sq ft so I am thinking it will be around $300.

BTW I love Sanibel. That is a great investment for you!

Thanks for the info.
