My parents' 50th wedding anniversary is next week. I'd like to send them to a very elegant restaurant to celebrate (I'm from out of town so I don't know a lot of restaurants in Naples).

Any advice on elegant, romantic, delicious restaurants? Price is not a concern.

Thanks!

With the plethora of restaurants in Naples area, it can be overwhelming, and add in opins, and it's like asking for a good stock tip,

But, 14Homes' two suggestions were good ones, imo.

Osteria Tulia is very good Italian, though I wouldn't call it 'elegant' if the OP is looking for what most would define as elegant. Tulia is/can be very noisy, but good joint.

Bleu Porvence is French, fwiw, a bit pretentious, but first class joint in the several times we have been there, (guests in town that wanted to treat/fancy joint target).

Both need rez's and quickly; good Naples restaurants are packed until post Easter.

And, to add more confusion of choices, Trip Advisor list of med-higher priced joints in 'Old Naples', eg downtown:

Thanks, everyone. I thought I would purchase a gift certificate to a restaurant so they can use it on their own time, not on their actual anniversary date.

I will look into those recommendations.

On a side note, I love the Bonita Springs area and look forward to our upcoming spring break in a few weeks. We're staying in Sanibel a few days, then at the Hyatt at Coconut Point. Can't wait to live down there in a few years!
