Hello All,
I would like to find seasonal rental info. in a gated community in the Naples area. We're considering a Condo or Modular Home Park that's 55+ but I'm not sure the best Websites to check?
Any suggestions?

You can google Landmark Naples. Call their office and see if they have rentals. It's a really cute manufactured home park, gated and about 3 miles from the Mercato and 3 miles to the beach. I don't know any more details since I just know it from driving by but it is cute and in a great area.

I looked up the website for you for Landmark Naples.
55+ Community in Florida / Landmark Naples / Providence by Hometown America
Hope you are able to find something there. It is in such a great area. Whole Foods, Trade Joes, etc. are all within a couple miles. I think you will like it there.

Try VRBO - vacation rentals by owner. We had great luck finding a rental during the off season while we have a home under construction. Much cheaper too than what we saw with a realtor who specialized in rentals.

Great! I would call the office and ask them if they have a list of people who are renting or maybe they have a message board that they would allow you to post a message for people who are looking to rent.
When I went by the other day, I saw another RVpark/Mfg park called " San Marino". They say they have mfg. homes to rent there as well. That place is not gated like the other one but it looked nice and clean and it too is in a safe area, close to the other one.
If you come up with a place you are wondering about and want me to zip by and take a pic, just DM me. I'm always out and about so it wouldn't be a big deal for me.
