I don't know if this is of any help but if think about would single family communities with houses up to 6 bedrooms really be geared toward snowbirds ? So I'm thinking a community that has a bunch two story houses most likely families are the buyers. Not saying retirees or snowbirds don't buy those type of places but most likely their looking to downsize and save cost.

They have already left Naples. I think they went to Las Vegas.

Thanks for the update, any new recommendations 5 years later?

My family and I are interested in moving to the Moorings area, seems like it’s more kid friendly now as we drive thru as compared to 2014?

Probably correct the schools are ok from all reports but honestly Florida public schools are generally below the standard of the best public schools in the Northeast.....Seacrest exists for a reason. The area around Orchid Dr and Banyan Blvd seems to be a good spot for young families moving into the area but both Pelican Bay and Pine Ridge are also seeing families too. We have just bought in Pine Ridge and we actually are very impressed with the whole North Naples area.

Check out new construction in Stonecreek and existing homes in Riverstone. North Naples schools. Lots of large homes - no condos.

LOL, I'd avoid anything near 75 on Immokalee - talk about a traffic jam!

Great schools, close to everything (target, wal mart, new Sprouts farmers store just opened) - A rated schools, easy access to I-75

It will become a bit less pleasant I suspect when the Bonita extension is completed, both in and out of season. Logan isn't designed for a lot of capacity. Right now nobody goes all the way up to Stonecreek unless they live there or have business there.
