Looking at both communities. Relocating from northeast. My husband and I. Golf is nice but bot necessity. Just wondering about the "feel" of each of the communities. Any opinions appreciated.

From what I understand, Delasol is a bit for family friendly compared to Olde Cypress as the latter as golf course. Have you considered Riverstone? It's right next to Olde Cypress.

We are young grandparents so looking for a nice mixed community. We liked Longshore ver ymuch but unfortunately didn't find a fit for a house.
Liked being WEST of 75 but does it really make that much of a difference in olde cypress location?
Both seem about ten to fifteen minutes to beach correct?
Appreciate your response
Ps bad looked at river stone. Seemed much more family oriented. Beautiful homes but very close together.

CH183 is spot on. Naples has many great communities to chose from. Have you looked at Marbella Lakes or Monterey. These communities also have a great feel! I could go on and on....lol

I just bought in Lantana in Olde Cypress, which has a MUCH different feel than the other communities in OC. From my understanding Lantana is 60% full year residents.

In season it's more like 25-30 minutes to the beach, but out of season it's about 15 minutes. One benefit of being east of 75 is that your insurance/flood rates will likely be lower.

Riverstone lots are very small and close together. Partly that's also because they have 2-story larger homes on postage size lots. We looked at Riverstone as well but am very happy with Lantana - Stock is an awesome builder.

I am building in Riverstone now. My lot is 13,500sf. I paid a premium for preserve view and one of the larger lots. The standard lots for the classic collection of homes are like 9500sf
