Would anyone know what wording is needed for a 6 month and 1 day rental/lease, so that there is no Fl. tourist tax charged? I hope to be renting for 6 months and 1 day, and most owners usually rent for 3 months. Some owners seem unaware of the no tax, 6 month + 1 rule. I called the tax office, they were not helpful.
