Too many neighbors, deed restrictions, HOA fees, proximity to any of the bombing or shooting ranges, proximity to any freeways or traffic noise, the land must have not been used for any type of commercial killing of animals, must not be in flood zone, not close to any industrial polluting factory such as oil wells or phosphate mining, or noise pollution source, must not be close to cell phone towers, no land fill, must not be close to any farm that uses pesticides or any type of MONTANTO produce.

Does not matter if it has or does not have:

Electricity is not necessary, septic is not necessary, Any type of proximity to towns or cities, the more remote the better, paved roads

Located in one of the unincorporated areas of the county and zoned or with possibility of zoning for AGRICULTURE,

We are seeking mainly just land but if you have any property that fits our criteria with and old house or stucture already on it we are open to this possibility as well, Initially we will be commuting back and fort to Florida and living in our travel trailer while converting most of it in to a botanical garden and home for animals, mainly off-the-grid, self sustainable. building a barn/home for the animals, growing our own food and food for the animals, building a home for ourselves and a hobbit hole to play in :-)

I assume the OP is a typical Naples multi-millionaire from the North? With money, anything is possible in Collier County, a place that celebrates success. I'd google real estate agents that specialize in raw land.
