Is it against the rules to post about selling your house here?

Need to get it sold asap. Have realtor, just trying to get as much exposure as possible.

Not sure about the rules here. I wish you luck in selling your house. Good that you have a realtor. Make sure you're in the MLS, Zillow, realtor.com,etc.

May I ask why and where you're moving? I hope all is well with you and your family and that this move brings you happiness!

Our son, daughter-in-law and two grand kids recently moved there for their jobs (the grand kids don't have jobs yet, lol).

So the main reason is to be close to them. However....

We got a nice house with 1,100 more square feet than we have in Naples for less than we paid here and it sits on 1/2 acre lot with no house/neighbor on one side. Mountain views, not much rain, never humid, no killer toads, lots of fun and interesting things to do, great foodie city etc.

We enjoyed Naples for the three years we lived here but we grew to dislike the summer weather and lack of things to do.

We don't play golf and don't have a boat.

It sure did beat Illinois winters though!

Good luck in your new place. Please let us know how your home sale process goes. Did you mention where you are moving to?

Thought I did but I may be brain dead, selling and buying houses at the same time.

We're moving to Las Vegas. We will not be bored there....

Best of luck! Appreciate all the helpful advice you shared. We'll be moving into our new home in Stonecreek in a couple of weeks.

We have friends that retired to Henderson in one of those huge 55 and older communities. They have a fabulous house and love it there. Lots to do.

If you are concerned about home exposure, perhaps you didn't hire the right Realtor. It's their job - that's why you hired them.

Make sure it's priced competitively. There are currently 48 - yes 48 - homes for sale in Riverstone.
