Should have used hurricane glass throughout the entire house.

Love the induction cooktop. Better than gas.

Should have taken a credit for bedroom carpet and done after closing as I did with wood flooring.

Very glad I chose impact windows throughout.

I did not know builders gave a credit for the carpet. Who was your builder?

I would second the hurricane windows. Much cheaper to do during the build. Installing/removing shutters is a real pain - and a home is dreary to live in while the shutters are up!

Used Kenmark. Very satisfied. Wood. 15 yrs now, lots of family living here. But I'll ask.

Asked. One thing my mother would change? 1-story but peak is too high to reach for painting easily and there is a lanai in the way.

So, peak height and lanai placement.
