Good idea! This place is about 10-15 years behind the Browardization of Naples, but it's coming. I'm hoping to be retired before then, and by then I won't care.

I have seen some dramatic price reductions and sales/asking price ratios over the past month. This tends to have a bit of a ripple effect on the communities they take place in (at least temporarily) as they establish new comps. Some very desirable communities are seeing this downward ripple now. This was not seen 6 months ago unless the transaction was not arms length.

Yeah if you're looking in that $600k-$900k range, you can get some good deals right now.

The $300k range, especially townhomes/SFH are still selling quickly.
