Hi all, new to Naples. Have been shopping here for over a month. I really like the bang for my buck that Saturnia offers. I checked out some homes in Riverstone, but noticed that houses with similar design and floor plans cost quite a bit more versus Saturnia. Is it just because the homes are 12 years newer? Or is Riverstone just that much better? Thanks!

Yeah Riverstone is a very large community, well taken care of and homes are much much newer, which is extremely popular in this market. They sold out and now down the block at Stone Creek is starting to sell out.

Saturnia is much less expensive so if you're on a budget, its a great value for a non-golf option in NE Naples.

The 1700 sq ft 3 bedrooms can be had in the low to mid 300s right now and the 4 bedrooms for high 300s/low 400s.

Since I'm a golfer, for the price of Riverstone, I'd rather be at Esplanade. Quarry is nice too, but you start getting further and further down Immokalee.
