Hi Guys,

We will be coming to Naples for our annual vacation in September.

When we stay in Naples we usually eat at Carrabas, The Olive Garden and The Outback but this year we will be joined by my sons future inlaws so we would like some suggestions should we decide to dine a little more upmarket.

We are not looking for 5 star French cusine just somewhere a little different with a nice atmosphere.

Many Thanks

What kind of food are you looking for?
There are a lot of great restaurants in Naples. Why not take them downtown to Chops, Pazzos, Yabba's, Tommy Bahamas, Campiello's, Bleu Provence, Cafe Lurcat.
If you want the best seafood in Naples, go to Truluck's, $$$$ but great. For less expensive but great seafood, try Randy's Fishmarket on 41 N. It is casual but great!

We have never been to Pewter Mug but I have heard some bad things about it.

I would go downtown, especially if you want to do something special, it is beautiful at night and the restaurants are great and not chains like Ruth Chris, etc. They can probably get that at home!

Let me know some more specifics and I will give suggestions, we dine out a lot and love great food!

Oh, The Turtle Club can not be beat for atmosphere, go at sunset and Baleen in LaPlaya is wonderful also.
