These were apartments until the housing boom turned them into condos.

They are at the corner of a fairly busy intersection. There is a ton of roadwork being done there. Once that is done it should be fine. It is close to shopping, I-75 etc.

Hi,
I am also "exploring" the condos market in SW Florida and also noticed sold prices at Granada Lakes dropped like a stone in 2009.
Can someone tell me what they know about Granada Lakes ? What's the condition ? Clean ? Any mice & cockroaches problems ? Garbage problem everywhere ? ...
I know Granada Lakes is condo conversion during the market boom, but why's the sold prices dropped like a stone (foreclosures) whereas the neighbouring condos did not drop as much as Granada Lakes ???
Thanks !

Just a guess, but the surrounding condos were not conversions. They also are in bigger more developed neighborhoods.

There are tons of places. Any of the developments named Berkshire. Almost any development along Davis Blvd. Most developments along Radio Road (close to Granada Lakes). Almost all of Gulf Shore Blvd North is condos along the beach.

Need your housing budget and narrow down the area(s) of interest.
