My favorite thing to do is to call Code enforcement on deadbeat neighbors. Also called for Trash pickup for a few of them who leave big items out for weeks on end without calling for a pickup.

Beach, window shopping on Third or Fifth (who could afford to BUY?). Art shows in Season on Fifth, Galleries. Outdoor dining and people watching at McCabes, Cheeburger, Fifth Ave. Deli, The's (closed), Dock, Tin City or Kelly's. Irish music at McCabes and Paddy's. Fishing trips among the islands and out to Rookery Bay.
