This one is easy: all ghetto.

There are no decent apartment complexes in Naples. I would suggest renting a private house or condo.

I believe Belvedere and Positano are both condos. The OP was asking about apartments.

Belvedere and Positano are both OK. Positano is much newer. Other factors being equal, I would choose Belvedere.

What about River Reach?

Looking for a 1 BR that's under $620/month if possible.

I believe two of those three are sec. 8 housing and its nearly impossible to find an apt for that much in Naples that'll even be halfway decent Pretty much it'd probably be section 8 housing for that price.....

Really?

I'm skeptical because we use to live in a nice 1 BR apartment in Fort Myers and I think we paid about $595/month. That wasn't a section 8 complex.

I guess I'll just have to call around.

The cheapest I've ever paid for an apartment in Naples is $775.. that was in 2002 for a one bedroom right outta highschool. It was okay, for a first place and all.. Now those same apartments are going for over $900.. and they're ehhhh now

River Reach has always been Section 8, as far back as I can remember. I thought you bought a house in San Carlos Park?

I'm curious about the Falls of Portofino at 7047 Ambrosia Lane, off Vanderbilt Beach. Has anyone lived there or have advice? They have a 4 bedroom we are interested in but would like to know of any reviews?!
