Went to Wursters Foreign Car Repair in Franklin and was VERY PLEASED with the service. All the people in the waiting room (nice comfy couches) were pleased as well. It LOOKS like a car repair place but better they spend money on training than fancy waiting rooms. The best thing is that it is within easy walking distance to The Factory which is good for lunch or just to spend an hour or two if you have to wait and from the Factory, you can catch the Franklin Transit trolely (tmagroup.org - Franklin Transit Authority Home Page (http://www.tmagroup.org/trolley/index.php - broken link)) into downtown Franklin, the Library, to the Publix near Fieldstone Farms OR to Williamson Medical Center, Walmart and the Cool Springs Galleria mall. Service on the trolly is limited to 11 trips a day but STILL, it makes Wursters VERY convenient for us.
