Hi I am a 24 year old AA, female, Elementary Ed. teacher...fresh out of college meaning no money and little experience. I am looking for resources around the Nashville area to help me get started. I have provided a link that consist of based on income apartments around that area... this post is for the locals or tenants of these properties.
