Any areas that didn't flood? (Franklin, Hendersonville: condo, townhouses, neighborhood)

Hello; I am moving to Nashville in 3 weeks, and am looking at townhomes all over the area, some in Lenox Village, Hendersonville, Brentwood, Gallatin, etc. What areas or specific developments were affected most by the May flooding? Thanks for your help!

Mainly Cottonwood in Franklin and a few developments along the Harpeth River in Bellevue.

You can zoom in and out to see streets. If a condo is within the areas under the red lines, I would be very cautious.

Also, a lot of my friends did not live in a flood plain but had water damage in basements and garages because of runoff during the flood. Be sure to ask specifically about flood or water damage because I believe they have to disclose it.

Most of Nashville did not flood. The areas that had the heaviest flooding were Bellevue, Antioch, Downtown by the river, Opryland/Donelson areas.
The areas where you are looking should all be fine. Brentwood had a few houses that were flooded, but no townhouses as far as I know. There was some flooding close to Lenox Village, but when we drove around that area the night everything ended, I didn't see any standing water in Lenox Village.
I don't think there was any flooding in the north suburbs.

There was flooding in Hendersonville, I had to drive up there for work related matters after the flood and it was very visible. A bunch of roads were closed and traffic was awful.

Yes, there definitely was some flooding in Hendersonville. The areas most effected by it were around Mansker's Creek. However most of the areas around the lake didn't flood (at least not that I've heard).

Just check with the relators on that because the flooding was actually widespread across Davidson County, however, flooding varied in amount from neighborhood to neighborhood, every creek iand major water way in the Metro area flooded. As mentioned already some areas had basement flooding that were not near bodys of water.
