No, there's only Pearre Creek Elementary/Hillsboro Middle/Independence High. Where are you hearing these things?

I don't think she realizes the harm she has done now with this statement.
If the school board does not pass this rezoning proposal on Nov. 11, the schools will begin to suffer from serious overcrowding problems that will affect academics.

She is getting in the way of progress because she lives in Carronbridge, an expensive neighborhood that would be rezoned to Centennial, not the school of HER choice.

The school board and Dr. Looney have been working on this incredibly complicated problem for most of the year now, and there is no dark cave where they are trying to keep secrets from the public.

It is very unfortunate that this self-serving person is on the funding body for our county schools.

And her grammar is pitiful.
What statement are you referring to? I just read it and have no idea what you are talking about!

Wouldn't the change in the school zoning HELP Centennial? If all these rich people have been rezoned to Centennial, I see it as a positive. They can LEAD the others! I imagine that Centennial is having problems because it has so many transient students and kids from apartment complexes?

If I were at that school, I'd try to help the parents who are working 2 jobs to support their families and work to make the PTA/PTO stronger so that the kids get the assistance they need.

But that's just me...
