Looking for a welcoming presbyterian church in the Brentwood/franklin area. I enjoy a "calm" service, we are not a family that enjoys a lot of the "praise the lord" "raise your hands" and "hallelujah"....
Thanks so much!
What is their preschool like? Looking to enroll my son this fall. Any reccommendations for a highly reccommened preschool?

I don't know about churches but friends really like the pre-school at First Pres in Franklin.

Not really helpful since I don't attend East Brentwood, but the website says their 11 am service is the traditional one, and I do know they have a really good, active Boy Scout troop that meets there.

My youngest daughter attends their preschool right now and my older daughter did as well. It is one of the highly recommended preschools in Brentwood. They're currently in the midst of registration for the fall so I would make at least a phone call if you're interested.

I almost forgot Brenthaven Cumberland Presbyterian Church, or just Brenthaven Church as it is now known.
This church is right on the main road in Brentwood, Franklin Road, and it says it has a traditional service. I know some empty-nesters who have been going there for 30+ years.
But it also has kids' programs.
