I have been looking for housing in Robertson County and there seems to be a shortage on 3br/2b places. I have been faithfully looking each week in every paper I can pick up for the week and I see everything BUT 3br/2b. I have tried places to help me locate a place and just cant seem too. Even Cheatham County seems to have a shortage on rentals in a "reasonable" price range. Yet I drive by and see "For Sale" sitting in yards that the houses have been sitting empty. If anyone out there has any advice or suggestions please let me know. Thanks Sara

Are you only looking to rent? If you see one of those houses that seem to have been sitting there empty for awhile, call the real estate agent. They may be open to renting, or may have rental information.

blessings, Shen

Have you checked out "The Browser" or Robertson County Times? Those usually have rentals, although come to think of it, I've not seen many "For Rent" signs around. I'll keep my eyes open, though. Any particuar part of Robertson County you're looking for?

There are a couple of really good real estate companies in Greenbrier just south of Springfield - Privately held and well connected. They might be a good option to find something. PM me and I will send you the company names if needed.
