Hi guys!
I'm moving to Nashville in April & I need advice on what apartments to avoid.
I'd like to be close to downtown, close to jobs, nightlife, etc.,
I don't wanna end up in the ghetto :/
Could you please give me names of the best and worst apartment complexes?

I'm not looking to spend more than 700 a month.
I know that's asking a lot for the area, but it's all I can work with right now.

Please help!! Thanks (:

My only personal experience is with Brixworth Apartments (which I see after googling has been renamed The Metropolitan). Great location right on West End 5 minutes from Vanderbilt University and midway between downtown and Green Hills. Excellent experience with this complex.

There are hundreds of apartment complexes in and around Nashville. I wish I could offer more suggestions. Here is a link to a rating service that has some good data on Nashville apts:
Apartment Ratings :: The leading source of apartment reviews by renters for renters.
