I believe that is on what we call the "Cumberland Gap" to the west of Knoxville. I have driven through the area many times, seems nice. Haven't heard anything bad on the news about that area. Check out the State web site, you can get links to the county and town, might give you some idea.

Basically, it only makes me think of two things. Outlet mall and Cedars of Lebanon State park. Never really spent much time there or heard much about it on the news.
