I had a strange experience today. I called Westhaven Realty to get some info sent to my husband and I, the woman was quick to ask me to hold, and then never came back...I literally waited until the phone went cold and had that beeping noise that says you basically got hung up on. Embarrassed to call back and say..."someone just forgot about me", I tried calling an agent, I left a message, then sent the same agent an email and still have nothing back from them? Is that kind of odd?? I know lots of Real Estate professionals and they usually get right back to you because goodness knows I could have called 12 of their competitors by now. Has anyone experienced this? Anyone have a good realtor down there that can help us? We are in the intrigue stage so not necessarily the best client yet, but we will be eventually!

Well don't be embarrassed first off. If you are truly interested call back next week...while being put on hold and forgotten about is never a good thing...it does happen on occasion to everyone. But you need to be persistent about getting someone on the phone.
You are not an annoyance, you are a potential buyer. If you have not been able to get a hold of someone by mid week (next week) please let me know and i will see what is going on over there. Like i said, i have many friends that live in the neighborhood and some are VERY involved in all things Westhaven.
So homework for monday...call them back
