We are new to Hendersonville and considering pre-schools for our three-year-old daughter. Can anyone give reviews of The Goddard School and Primrose? As far as I know (which isn't much b/c we're new to the area), these two schools are the only curriculum-based pre-schools in town. If anyone knows of other schools that have a structured curriculum, please feel free to list! Many thanks in advance!

Someone also suggested the Country Day Montessori School (Hendersonville Montessorri Academy) as an option. I am aware that it's a completely different learning style, and I was also told they recommend the kindergarten program to make sure your child is up to speed for transition into a pre-determined curriculum based school (like public school). We are going to visit there tomorrow. Anyone have reviews of Country Day, Primrose or Goddard? I've found reviews online for Country Day, but there's little to nothing out there for Primrose and nothing for Goddard. Thanks!

I'm sorry...I wish I did. I live in Hville but don't know anyone personally who has gone through these programs.

I'm sorry that I also do not have personal experience. I've heard good things about the Goddard School from other parents. I also know there is a new preschool opening in August called (I believe) The Academy at Indian Lake. It's currently under construction on Saundersville Rd across from the library.

I have several friends whose children attend there and they really like it. It is pricy though. I looked into it for 1/2 a day, three times a week and it was over $700 a month.
