I recently got my MBA with a focus in Healthcare Administration. I currently live in Ohio, but would like to relocate to Nashville. How is the Healthcare job market? What advice would you give me on how to job hunt and relocate? I do not want to move without having a job. Any advice and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Nashville's biggest industry is definitely healthcare. But as with the economy, jobs are tight and it is more about who you know. I definitely would line up a job before moving, or at least secure a serving/bartending position or something of that sort and secure contacts while waiting for something to open up. Utilize all the social media tools like Linkedin, etc...your MBA would be a nice advantage. Not much you can do but start mailing your resumes to the HR depts at each hospital...check into Franklin and other surrounding areas as well as the core Nashville hospitals, as well as the State of Tennessee healthcare program, and health insurance companies.
