It was announced a while back but Neighbors which started in Sylvan Park will be opening a Hendersonville location in the next few months (also coming to Franklin).

I've seen a few Sylvan Park's with sign tumblers along the road around Nashville. Never gone into one though.

I drove by it this weekend and the place is all cleaned out. The sign and awning is down too. The landlord didn't waste any time in getting it ready for a new business.
