I'm considering living at Park Road Condos, 3314 West End Ave. Does anyone have any info regarding how well they are run by the management company or what it is like to live there? Are they responsive to the needs of the condo owners? Are the building and grounds always maintained well? Are they efficient and do they spend money wisely? Does the maintenance fee go up much each year? Are the rules overbearing? Any feedback appreciated. Thanks!!
