Is it just me or does anybody else agree that Nashville has only one true pancake house (Pancake Pantry) and is in dire need of at least one or two more? I don't count IHOP because they don't have that Pancake House feel and not enough pancake varieties. It wouldn't be so bad if Pancake Pantry was open 24 hours, but unfortunately I think they close around 3 or 4 pm. I've lived in three other cities and all three had several 24 hour pancake houses to meet my late night breakfast needs (buckwheat pancakes, corn beef hashbrowns, bacon, and scrambled eggs with cheese). If anyone else knows of some true pancake houses in Nashville that I have missed, please let me know. When you search google for it, it seems like Pancake Pantry is the only one that pulls up.

storey13,
I'm in Arizona but, I went to Dallas, Texas the end of July for a few days and ate at the neatest little mom and pop restaurant there and they have wonderful food- it's called Buzz Brews Kitchen, they serve alot of breakfast food and they are open 24 hours!
They should definitely open one in Nashville, Tennessee area
That would just be another incentive for me wanting to move to Nashville, Tennessee

Please do! So no one from Nashville has any suggestions for any other pancake houses?

They do have great pancakes and I know a certain country singer eats the Chocolate chip ones every week.
Also, but it has other food as well, Le Peep in Belle Meade off of Harding and Hwy 100.

Loveless Cafe
