I'm interested to find out what neighborhoods would be ideal for a 20 something single white female to buy a townhome? I really like the 12th South area, but not sure about how safe it is. What other areas are geared more towards young people in nashville?

You have a lot of choices in your price range, though right off hand I can't think of a ton of condos in 12South.

The standouts to me are Werthan Lofts, 5th & Main, Brentwood Trace, Georgetown, Lenox Village, Hobbs House (might be more older residents), Green Hills Terrace, the Bennie Dillon.

They are all in different parts of town, though. Where will you be working?

I work basically at the wedgewood exit off of 65. So the 12th south area would be super close to work. I'm really just starting my research, I'm still a ways from being able to purchase anything.
