Just to let everyone know how my trip went! It went FINE! I used that 40 East thing on my way through town. THAT is what gets me screwed up. 24 WEST??? When I want to go NORTH??? Hurts my head.

Thanks for the heads up on the 65 construction through KY. Wouldn't you know it? They must take Fridays off!! (Lucky me!) The orange barrels were there by the side of the road and some empty payloader Tonka trucks but NO ONE WAS WORKING!

Only slight glitch was something going on on 71 right outside of Louisville, that long stretch of semi nothingness (although Exit 44 was good . . . anyone try the Burger King Frappes??? Yummo!)

Coming back on Saturday was no problem and I even just came straight down on 65.

Still, I think it's good to be prepared and to let people waiting for you know that there is a possibility of a snag.

So THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who helped me on my little getaway!

Had a good break BUT am more tired now than I was when I left.

(Didn't know where to look for Jungle Jim's. Is it in KY???)

Fairfield, OH....about the same distance from Cincy as Franklin is from Nashville.

Should've shot you the link.

Jungle Jim's International Market | A Foodie's Paradise | Fairfield Ohio

It's well worth the trip if you are in the area. If you like food (or drink)...this is your place. Never been anywhere like it. Anywhere.
