My husband and I live in South Dakota. We are in our 50s and want to move to TN, rural area. What are your first thoughts of advice you would give us. J&B

My husband & I live near S. Carthage & I love it,,we too are also in our 50's,,smaller town with alot ,,we will be even seeing an opening of a Walmart super center soon,,& if need be we are only about 50 miles from Nashville,I moved here from Kansas almost 4 yrs ago,(my husband was raised here) and I still continue to be amazed at all the beautiful scenery,friendly people and the cost of utilities & groceries awesome savings,,which ever town you chose I know you will enjoy Tn.
